    critical headshots do way less damage (relatively)

    I did not know this. Also: I did not know that critical damage was so "unrewarding".
    In my example it only gives 33% more headshot damage and we all know that critical hits have become much rarer in this game.
    you might even consider going for a faster reload speed on your gun or things like that instead of putting everything into critical damage.

    Please let me know your opinion.

    Example with an Assault Rifle:
    Headshot = 40395 damage
    Critical Headshot = 53638 damage

    = 33% more damage for a critical headshot

    Bodyshot = 19191
    Critical Bodyshot = 32432

    = 69% more damage for a critical bodyshot

    weapon used:
    LVOAC
    critical hit Damage = +69%
    Headshot Damage = +111%

    ^^^^

    It also depends on the various guns, and it establishes particular gun traits. Like, despite critical headshots being unrewarding, critical hits are forgiving, which is the only advantage SMGs have - they don't need to aim for the head to deal good damage, because those random crits reach +120% CHD. So the Headshots Crits only add like 30% or even less on top of body crits. Means SMGs can hipfire and spray and still deal good damage.
