Can you help us to investigate this by providing me with the following information:

- What operating system do you have?
- Do you have enough space on the C drive
- Do you have access rights to %userprofile%/Documents/"My Games"/"Watch_Dogs 2" folder?

Im using Win10 with the latest update.
My C drive has enough space
I can access %userprofile%/Documents/"My Games"/"Watch_Dogs 2" folder, and my user name is in English.

I tried to run the game as administrator - no result. I deleted a folder saves - the same thing.

The game keeps telling me that my gallery is full even with no photo in the gallery at all.
So I basically can't take any photo.
Therefore, I cant finish ScoutX photo or taking selfie.

Sometimes, when you enter the game, it will allow you to take one photo, and show 123 at lower left corner.
But if you try to take another, it tells you gallery is full again.


Also, every time you enter the game, it cleans the whole in-game gallery, along with your ScoutX completion. (Even I can only finish one!)
but you can still find these pics in my games\Watch_Dogs 2\LocalStorage0

What I'm very sure about:
My C Disk has enough space. (382GB free)
And my PC specs are above the game recommend.

What I have tried:
1. reinstall the game
2. delete my save file and start a new game

No good.

So please help, Thanks.
