Guess you got no answers hey?
Obviously Ubisoft has an issue with PS4 controllers. If you're going to support them then fix it, if not stop advertising games as being compatible

    Hello ShaggY4161,

Thank you for the update and apologies for the delayed reply.

Can I kindly ask you if you use Steam and if you configured your Dualshock controller through there?

If this problem persists, feel free to create a ticket on our support page.

You can also contact us via social media: Facebook or Twitter.

Our team will be more than happy to investigate it further for you. If you have any additional questions, please let us know.

DS4WIndows users: Make a new profile, choose "yes" when it asks if you want to use a preset - leave it on "Gamepad", in the drop-down that says "Xbox 360", change it to "Dualshock 4". The point is that these games DO have Dualshock support, so you don't want Xbox 360 (xinput) emulation. Works for me in Far Cry Primal (NOTE: You won't see controller prompts in Ubisoft Connect, but in game, the inputs are detected).
