Wait, I might have a solution. If you are running Windows 10, disable in Game DVR in the Xbox App. It use to have the same problem with CSGO, I remember.Originally Posted by AzzAGaming Go to original post
Okay, I have turned off the DVR, that didn't do anything...Originally Posted by TheCodedKid Go to original post
I just finished with the mission that you need to steal that car, which I struggled because of the frame drops that was happening... Ones i actually completed the mission, I thought I'll stay still and see if it'll happen while I'm not doing anything, which it does... I get 10 FPS from 60 FPS all the time, even when I'm standing still... The FPS doesn't stop. It goes from 60-10 like every 5, 10 seconds
I have tried it and it hasn't fixed anything. Every time I get into a vehicle, it starts to stutter and then my frame rate will drop badly and it can be really unplayable...Originally Posted by Black_Widow9 Go to original post

i have a 1070 and i7 6700k and im getting stuttering and framedrops and crashes the whole time... everything on high with temp aa and fxaa its do-able but still stuttering. it looks so awful without msaa and smaa or txaa but it drops down 20 fps with that... weird part is i have 8 fking gb people, and not even 5 is being used...
EDIT:
Just booted it up again and crashed after a minute, not kidding... Come on Ubi.... or Nvidia whoever
I also have a HUGE problem with stuttering. It seems to appear when driving fast or into other cars (loading a new area maybe) and also when there is like a new point of interest discovered. Audio also clips out sometimes. The game pretty much freeze for a sec when this happends. This is even on medium settings. When it is not stuttering I am getting a steady FPS.
I have a new computer and here are the specs:
Intel i5 6500 @ 3.20 GHz
8gb ram
GTX 1060 6gb
