I dont really complain about anything, but its ridiculous to shoot and lay down at the same time.

Why is it such a huge problem for you? Just spray or aim for his torso while he is doing a drop shot. Or spray and crouch, which will have a similar effect.
You realise that the player doing the dropshot has to go prone, shoot and aim up at the same time, you on the other hand need to just adjust your aim or do the same, drop shot aswell.
It's not like there aren't any counterstrats to that.

What do military forces all around the world teach? Hit the deck when you are getting shot at and return fire. It's the most stable platform and minimises your exposure to rounds. I rarely drop shot on this game as it's barely even a viable tactic. With most peoples accuracy (certainly on consoles) you merely put your head into their stream of bullets and get headshot but if you think it's that unstoppable, why not try using it yourself...

LoL... so u want them to remove the ability to go prone.... Improve your accuracy

While this topic reaches levels of hilarity never before seen. I think he is genuinely serious so I will respond seriously.

dropshot = instinct
to remove dropshot is to turn everyone into ducks that can't reflexively react to being shot at.
is it annoying when your opponent dropshots, YES
is it glorious when you survive being shot in the back due to the fact you dropshot'd. OH YES

from COD, i thought that everybody was made aware how made it makes people. for a semi-realistic shooter game, i hope they fix this. this is supposed to be the worst possible way of dealing with shooting

No one drops and shoots at the same time. Get out of here making up this BS you know there is a big pause when dropping down and shooting it's not one continuous motion.
