    Wouldn't worry about it.
My DPS is 366 in the BoO ~ 323 roaming the streets and best DPS is in any of the DZ entrances where it reaches 386

If the NPC's fall fast enough, I'm happy

It's the weapon difference. You'd all have to have the same weapons with the same damage rolls to have an accurate comparison.

What I don't know is how talents factor into the equation. I think there is some kind of dps adjustment based on talents, but I don't have any formula for it.

Plug your stats into this calculator and see if it helps.

You said, "we don't use different mods we use the meta". There is ALOT I can not see with the 3 pictures you showed, BUT there are some things that I can see in the 3 pictures that change DPS. 1) 2 or 3 different weapons, (looks like possibly 2 LVOC-As and a MP5?) which mean 2 or 3 different base damages, rpms, reload speeds, headshot multipliers, and crit hit chance/damages. AND YES ALL OF THESE STATS DIRECTLY AFFECT DPS, (Stat sheet and real). 2) I can see out of the 6 shown weapon talents, 5 different talents? Only 2 guns have one showing the same talents? AND YES GUN TALENTS THAT ARE UNLOCKED DIRECTLY AFFECT DPS. 3) 2 out of 3 use Alpha Bridge and one uses Predators Mark? AND YES ACTIVE GEAR SETS CAN DIRECTLY AFFECT DPS. That is only from what I can see. I am also 100% sure that all 3 do NOT have the exact same stat rolls on gear, gear mods, weapons and weapon mods. AND YES ROLLS ON GEAR, GEAR MODS, WEAPONS, AND WEAPON MODS WILL DIRECTLY AFFECT DPS. I don't think I need to go on.

PS The reason why some people can have less stats in Firearms and still have more in sheet and real world DPS is.....base damage, rpm, reload speed, mag size, unlocked weapon talents, gear set talents, gear mod stat rolls, weapon mod rolls and gear score level of weapon and gear item mods because those gear scores do not affect your gear score so they can all be gear score 256 but have all very different mod levels.

PS The reason the 3 people have 3 HUGELY stat sheet and real world DPS is the don't have ANYTHING in common. From their, Firearms stats, weapons, talents, gear sets, mods and so on NOTHING is the same so why would you think they should be even close to the same?

Whats up with the caps? Every post you all cap something as if it was important or you're screaming it. What gives?

To the OP: Just strip the weapons of their mods, and come back with the DPS figures. Also, shoot a few rounds on the firing range and tell us what the the damage is on the crits and non-crit shots. The most important thing is non-crit damage per round, when comparing weapons.

There is a magic formula which Massive uses to get from the stripped/not equipped DPS they show under the weapon name and the DPS they show in the primary weapon box on the upper left. Your FAMAS has an unenhanced DPS of 177,241 vs. its enhanced DPS of 206,813. I believe this difference takes into account certain weapon talents such as Brutal, Fierce, etc., plus the gear (apparel) bonuses. Notice that when you add a weapon mod (attachment), the enhanced DPS goes up even further than the screen shot. Someone on Reddit may know the exact formulas, Nine months ago, one reader put up what he though were the correct equations.

I don't have enough data to verify the current machinations involved with the two DPS calculations in 1.4 and 1.5
