Syndicate 1.5 Patch Has Broken My Game (Sorry for posting incorrectly twice)

This has been quite a thorn in the side of my PS4. Just about a day ago I had seen that Syndicate had a new patch so I had installed it right away. Sadly this has broken my game and made it unplayable.

To note: I've got the DLC:
    -Steampunk Pack
    -Victorian Legends Pack
    -Runaway Train
    -Victorian Jacob DLC
    -Steampunk Evie DLC

To list the glitches that make the game unplayable:
-All fast travel locations (BOTH the Train and all Viewpoints vanish)
---Game crashes within 5 minutes of this glitch.
-Gameplay can only last about 30 to 50 minutes before crash.
    ---Cutscenes crash game 2/3 times.
-Using the Grappling Gun at any amount over 3 times in 5 minutes.
---I've really tried to find the medium and that was about it.

    ON A SIDE NOTE
-If game is left alone and not touched at all gameplay has lasted up to 2 hours
---At which point I went on a mission and game crashed soon after.

I've been studying this whole issue for the past 2 days.
-Game played perfectly with 1.40 patch
---6 hour powerplay of city take over went perfectly. (With the crazy grappling gun included)
-Game only allowed 8800 out of the safe at max before patch.
    ---I've gotten 14500 at 75% WITH 1.50 patch.

This studying of glitches has taken a whole thanksgiving vacation so far. If someone else is having these issues I'm having please if you could tell me how to fix this that would be great.

NOTES: On what has failed to fix the game so far. I could keep testing but now a fun game is becoming quite the bugger to deal with.
-Deleting all save data and game data and reinstalling
---Game still crashed glitches still present
-Clearing my Downloads list and Messages
---Game still crashed glitches still present
-Leaving my PS4 off with ACS data installed for around 4 hours.
---Game still crashed glitches still present
-Deleted ACS data and game. Installed again next morning with 1.50 patch
---Game still crashed glitches still present
    -Made post on Ubi's ACF
    ---(Hopeful something happens)

EDIT: Sorry, I thought when I saw "previous AC games" I assumed that did not include new.

SECOND EDIT: I've been thinking about all this and I was wondering if there is anything else I can do to get you guys anymore information on my game update glitch. I'm totally willing to continue working to find anymore glitches in the system since the update. I'd really like to get you all the information I can on this issue not just for myself but also to help you at Ubisoft find all the problems and get you the most amount of data I can to help fix this problem.

I don't have all your problems but it's definitely caused my game to crash on a regular basis, we're talking 2-3 times an hour, which is VERY frustrating. The hideout also randomly disappears from the map.
Please fix this Ubisoft. It's maddening.

I have the same issues. Constant crashing for no apparent reason. It doesn't seem to happen when I do any one particular things. Could be finishing a missiong or viewing the map.

I'm having the same issue with the 1.50 patch.(I also have a standard ps4) Mainly, my game crashes about once every 20 minutes no matter what with the patch installed. if I uninstall the game and don't allow the 1.5 patch to update/download then my game plays perfectly fine with no crashes. Unfortunately I just finished the main story and without updating the game it won't allow me to play The Last Marahaja DLC or Jack the Ripper(I'm assuming) which is really a bummer because as you said because of the holiday I actually had a day off. I really hope they address this soon.

Same issue here, standard PS4 also. Game crashes on mission complete most often, but random crashes are occurring very frequently. I had no issues prior to this patch; it crashed one time a few weeks ago that I can recall.

It's brutal! Random crashes all the time. I'm now attempting to play the Jack the Ripper DLC and it's even worse on that. I just had 2 crashes with 10 minutes. You're right though, no rhyme or reason for the crash, it just happens randomly, at any time, during any action, cut scene, mission, etc.

    Same

    Same here ...
May I suggest a solution ... uninstalling then reinstalling the game .... the question is how to keep or transfer my saves ...

I reinstalled the game last night, but had to work today so I haven't had a chance to play just yet. Your saves should not be affected by uninstall/reinstall. We'll see what happens.

    Same problem here!
My game crashes every 1 or 2 hours of playtime. It's infuriating because I can't get my missions done properly.

I suspect it's because the game consumes more memory with the new update.
After installing 1.5, I often see a 1-3 second worth of frame drops then after a minute or so the game crashes.
The game didn't have this kind of behavior pre-update.

EDIT: Read the patch notes, they increased the rendering for regular PS4 users. From 900p to 1080p.
