Had purchased game from STEAM yesterday,

The Division PTS
- got downloaded first, installed successully
- recognized by UPLAY
- starts and while connecting throws error C-1-198

The Division
- got downloaded later, installed successfully
- On clicking play from Steam, doesnt start and UPLAY doesnt show this game as installed
- Bad feeling!

Please help me with this issue.

I'm getting the same error. I just bought the game and didn't even install the PTS version. But when I Try and launch it doesn't work. Even tried uninstall and reinstall.

Currently waiting in the chat queue ... this is fun.

the same problem.. buy the game at 25,11,16 on steam, downloaded,installed,ubisoft and steam link, but not connection because the error delta c1-198

Bought on steam, installed, never able to log in due to error Delta C-1-198

Back and forth with tech support where they are telling me to investigate ports being forwarded but still no fix.

I hate to say it, but it looks like it is a port forwarding issue for me. I have a firewall that doesn't do uPnP (Palo Alto) so even after forwarding ports, I got the error. So last night, I lit up a VPN and connected - and it worked.

I come back months later, and UBI apparently still has massive connection issues with the Division.

That's awesome guys. At least you added 2-factor authentication this year. SO I can securely log in, but not actually do anything.



FYI I always have a dim view of someone publishing a game and then asking users to do all kinds of things to their computers to actually make it work.

had a lot of problems downloading it off steam to my pc
once download had very hard time trying to open game
then once finely open gives me DELTA c-1-198 error code


please help me to fix this or i want my money back

We see no information,no fixes,nothing.
When Blizz have some trouble they type something like "we have a problem tryin to fix"
im w8ing 3 days and get NOTHING.
