So no Splitscreen, but is Offline Multiplayer still available?... | Forums

So after hearing about the unfortunate drop of Splitscreen, will we still have access to Offline Multiplayer? i.e; PVP modes vs. only bots?
Additionally, will we be able to play said Offline MP with friends via online co-op? ^^ And will there be a progression / unlock system in offline MP too?

I don't know about the offline aspect but you can fight bots thats what I wanted to know because I don't have DSL where I live and someone replied to my thread saying besides the campaign I could fight against bots in multiplayer modes
