Hey everyone,

If you are receiving any kind of Mike error, please provide us with the following information so we can investigate.

• Exact error code
• Platform
• Region (where you live)
• What were you doing when it happened? (For example, grouping with another player, fast traveling, trying to log in)
• Where were you in game when you received the error?
• What is your Uplay account name?

Mike Errors Of Various numbers, Mike - 22 - 395 being the one that it always came back to after clearing the Documents/My Games/The Division Folder, and I would be able to get in only temporarily any attempt to join a friend resulted in a different Mike Error code, and then reverted to Mke - 22 - 395. From what it seems to be doing and its temporary nature, I believe that it has something to due with syncronization errors between fellow players sessions, and/or the character profile stored by Ubisoft/on our computer.

PC Specs:
CPU: 6600K @ 4.8Ghz (200Mhz Base x22 Multi)
GPU: GTX1080 Zotac AMP Extreme! Core@2132, Mem@10900 Effective.
RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200Mhz 14-14-14-34 2T G.Skill
MB: Asus Z170-A
SSD: Samsung EVO 850 Pro 500GB
HDD: Seagate 7200.10 2TB
KB: Razer Deathstalker, MS:Razer Deathadder Chroma
Monitor: Asus VG248QE (With Blurbusters 3D Back-light Hack (Removes Blur)
OS: Win10 Pro x64 (Performance Optimized, and M$ Spyware Removed)

Attempts at Solution:
1. Validated Game Files.
2. Cleared Game Folder and relaunched game, (Temporary fix, comes back when changing/loading area, or joining player)
3. Reinstalled games prerequisite redist files (DirectX, .Net, Et
4. Changed all settings to bare minimums
5. Removed all OC Settings and ran stock.
6. Restarted Uplay, and my computer
7. tested various driver versions for my GPU

Also all the recommended ports for The Division, and UPlay are open, from my router to my PC.

• First it ask you to press the BAR or ESC after the Ubisoft movie intro and before character selection, sometimes it gives the error while logging in sometimes doen't, but mostly it gives the erro rwhen leaving Survival (as soon as you fall dead) sometimes when you invite ppl to your group they got the error, and mostly when trying to enter Survival with a group, only the leader is able to enter the other 3, got the Mike error or are automatically kicked from the group and left behind in the Terminal.
• Survival (inside instance) / Terminal.
  
  Sidenote: Uplay seems to be malfunctioning too, i keep getting pop up of my friends saying "X friends as come online" when i'm actually playing with the person, i also tried logging from my other pc and it's the same Uplay keep poping up withñ.. let's say "PC 2 has come online" while actually the guy next to me is in game with no problem at all.

Hey, just a quick updated, we deployed a fix that may have resolved the issues. Could anyone that was experiencing this issue please verify if it has been resolved or if you are still receiving Mike errors?

Hello,

Just to notice you that I have experienced an delta error yesterday. I have stopped playing the game and today, when I launch it...nothing happens, only the "Uplay UI" appear ! Don't understand what is the matter ! I have tried to reboot my PC but always the same thing ! (Sorry If I make some mistakes, I'm french....)

Hey.
I am on PC, in Norway, and my uplay is F3NN3X.
Im getting MIKE C-24-134 wheneveri finish a survival run, or log out to change character.

[*]Exact error code: Mike: C-24-134 (but yesterday 11/23 I got a bunch of different codes from various situations I wasn't expecting so I wasn't able to jot them down)

(For example, grouping with another player, fast traveling, trying to log in) Leaving Survival (by either winning and extracting or dying and quitting) By this I mean I got the error before I could receive my Survival score results. This is in all situations, PVP, PVE, group and solo. This happens about 80% of the time.

Yesterday i received a lot of random Mike Errors, they could of been the same one but I forgot to jot them down. One happened 5 seconds into the survival animation video when you first start. Then it happened where I couldn't even log back into the game, kept getting Mike, I restarted my computer, that helped some but it happened again when i was trying join Survival with another player. But I do know the one I get a lot is the Mike C-24-134


Sorry I didn't read the entire thread, this was all happening on (11/23), haven't checked today (11/24) to see if it is fixed. I'll let you know if it happens again.
