Hello Ubisoft I got a question and I'm sure you've answered this a lot but I checked and nobody has the answer if you already have the alpha does that make you automatically get the beta or do I have to re-register
No need to register a second time. Your first sign up drops you into the list for a chance to join all future events. In terms of signing up, you should be all set if you've previously done so.
