    Lost all progress in Trials Frontier after signing up to "uplay."

    I've lost all my prior progress, bikes/tracks/everything, after signing up to uplay. I've been playing trials frontier on iPhone. I decided to sign up to uplay so it would save all my progress in the cloud. After signing up from within the game I have lost all progress and it started the game from the beginning! I should note that when I went to make an account, through the game on my iPhone, it had a pop up that said Server Error try again later. I click okay, then it took me in the new account created anyway. All I want to do now is SIGN OUT OF UPLAY TO GET BACK THE SAVED PROGRESS THAT IS ON MY PHONE. There is no option to sign out of uplay that I can find in the game. I do not want to lose all the progress that I have already saved in the game.

    Every time I start the game now on the iPhone, it is already logged into the uplay account I created (which I thought was going to save all the progress I have already made in the game). When I click the uplay icon within the game it takes me to the profile screen, but there is no option to logout of uplay, or to unlink it from the game on my phone. I have logged hours and hours on this game on my phone before signing up to uplay. After uplay sign up, the games started form the beggining, and gives me no option to play the game while not signed into uplay.


    I was told that the game would restart, and I would have to complete the first couple missions, then I would get a pop-up telling me I have 2 games saved and to pick the one with all my previous progress. I have done this, and completed several missions after it had started me off again from the beginning and I have not gotten any pop up telling me that I have multiple games, or any choice to continue game progress from my previous achievements. It still just behaves as though the game has just restarted from the very beginning and there is no option to get my previous progress.

    Am I to understand that there is no way to logout of uplay in this game once I had signed up?

    Any other advise or recommendations is appreciated, as losing all my progress and starting from the beginning again is very disappointing, since the whole point of me creating a uplay account was to save everything I have already done in the cloud. Now it seems signing up to uplay has cause me to lose everything I have done.

    You have to select the options button [the center button of the 3 buttons situated on the top right corner of the main Uplay screen].
    Once you enter options, you may choose to log out.

    Thanks for your reply. I'm afraid there seems to be no option for logging out on any screen from within uplay. I have included screenshots of the uplay profile screen acessed from within the game.

    To answer your questions -

    1) I think I was around level 23 when I lost my progress. I had just acquired the Mantis bike.
    2) I do not have any screenshots of previous game play.
    3) My uplay ID is SubtleVertex.







    Things to note that might be helpful.

    a) When I first installed the game, with no uplay account, the game asked me to make a name. That name was "Vertex." And that was the name that is on the leaderboard lists for track times and hall of fame list. When I decided to make a uplay account so it would back up all my progress, it would not let me choose the name Vertex to sign up, so I made the account username "SubtleVertex."

    b) After signing up to uplay as SubtleVertex, I got the Server Error screen, of which I have included the screenshot. When clicking "OK" on that screen it stll takes me to the profile screen. I get the Server Error screen EVERY TIME I press to go to the uplay profile from within the game, and every time I press OK it still takes me to the profile. And from within the profile there is no option to log out.

    c) After the very first time of creating the uplay account, getting the Server Error screen, still going in to the profile, then going back into the game, is when the game started from the beginning losing all my progress.

    d) My guess that all my previous progress is still somehow saved locally on my phone is based on the fact that the game is currently taking almost 700mb of space on the phone as opposed to the 89mb of space it took when first starting the game.

    Any ideas on how I could get my previous progress back. I'm pretty much at my wits end on figuring it out and just giving up on it. Thanks in advance for any help.
