NPC shotgunners 1 shot.
NPC snipers 1 shot
Grenade Spamming is real (still never understood why they wont put a cooldown on the NPC)
Assault NPC pretty much kill in 3 shots again
*Sigh* Tier 5 feels like 1.3 all over you dont run toughness your done. And right now I have 53% Armor with 120k health and still drop like nothing.
Figures they didn't fix the level 34 NPC I hate to see when 35 NPC are reintroduced.
Oh and also the bullet sponge is back to takes a whole mag to drop 1 NPC lol im tired of this. They even had people giving this same feedback in the PTS and they didn't fix any of it.
Its cuz such number is nothing. 150k+ is minimum u need. In 1.4 i had 150k, now i have 200k+.Originally Posted by xWTOx SkiLLz Go to original post

The fact that I have like 280k Toughness and still drop then something needs to be fixed. Didn't have this problem with tier 4. Its literally back to 1.3. you need to play tier 5 to get the new loot but your old gear barely even stands up in there. Its like they want you to play survival to get your gear since nothing matters in there.Originally Posted by Solidus... Go to original post
But trying to play stuff like Warren gate with old gear just doesn't really cut it.
Again I have decent gear right now gear score 256, 280k toughness, 250k DPS, with 53% Damage mitigation. Like really how much more can people improve. Its literally back to 1.3 you really need to run all stamina again
Exactly our gear ain't even optimised yet and people are complaining, op use to complain about heroic so it's no surprise he's here complaining about tier 5.Originally Posted by mattrickl06 Go to original post
Good. Then use cover. Use skills more intelligently. Use crowd control skills, in order to control rushers. Use different weapons for close, mid and long range.Originally Posted by xWTOx SkiLLz Go to original post
And in my humble opinion, 280.000 Toughness is below average. Only the really aggressive, confrontational players use that kind of balance, in order to favor DPS, and they only use those builds whenever in a team with Support players around. So yeah, if things are more challenging, and you're one of those multiplayer-phobics, then invest in Toughness and survivability.
Also I've found that getting Health on Kill on your gear and weapons is a good idea as well.Originally Posted by joelsantos24 Go to original post
Honestly 280K toughness isnt that good.....for 1.4.Originally Posted by xWTOx SkiLLz Go to original post
280K now is glass cannon. I think people need tombe above 400K toughness to even think about being considered tanky. Im at 470K now, it wasnt even that difficult to get to, and and I was still able to unlock the most expensive firearms gun talents (Brutal, Responsive) on my weapons. Basically you need to allocate your points better....280K isnt going to cut it unless youre going for a sniper build and you have a group to protect you.
Yeah, and especially for solo players.Originally Posted by Zathras23 Go to original post
Exactly. I was using such build, with my DeadEye gear. The bottom line is, if you're a very confrontational player and like to use less cover than recommended, then you definitely need a team along with you.Originally Posted by S3anS3an Go to original post
Considering the data he provided, I assume he's most likely a solo, confrontational player. And those statistics he mentioned aren't really that good, not for the context of 1.4 as a whole, nor for a solo experience, by definition. Now, imagine 1.5.
He definitely needs to team up and get more gear, and more importantly, he needs to make a few recalibrations on what he has now.
