    Modding Support [PETITION]

Since the first time that I've seen this game, I always think it has a great potential like other successfull open world like the epic Metal Gear solid V, Uncharted IV, or the God of all, Grand Theft Auto V.

As we have seen, the game has alot of character/weapons customization possibilities, a giant map with many environments, an advanced AI and many vehicles. So, normally, if Ubisoft stays honest, this game could be one of the most ambitious projects of 2017.

But, on PC, one of the strength points of our platform is the modding. So, with a game of this kind, don't you think it could be more successful with a comunnity modding support ?

Ubi, if you're reading this just understand : release this game which is destined to be one of the GOTYs of 2017, release it DLCs too, but please, add a modding support and Steam Workshop integration. Don't take the modding for a concurrence, just take it for a continuation of your work, powered by the limitless of the imagination of players. Just have a look to Fallout, XCOM, Unreal Tournament, The Elder Scrolls and other which have a successfull fate with their modding support.

If we have exigences, it's up to us, players, to make our wishes to the developpers. So, it's sure that one guy can't do something, but many players can.

So, answer to this and tell to the devs that you want a modding support and a Steam Workshop integration or, just the release of official modding tools and, why not, a mod selection/downloading/installation menu like in Fallout 4 ? it could be fun if we can create scripts, weapons, outfit/suits, vehicles, maps locations, AI improvements and other stuff made by the players.

[PS:] sorry for my English, it isn't perfect because I'm french.

I would dream of a SDK release with the game for sure but it's not Ubisoft policy to release the SDK anymore.

We can hope for free dlc after release.

I would love to see modding support but ... it's not in actual Ubisoft policy.
I think we will need to wait years to see a mod support like SDK.

If we can't get mod support at least it would be a nice idea to have a real and deep interraction with the community with a nice post-launch support, and I know that CMs reading our posts are and will do an awesome job

I suppose the AI of the game *will* be advanced, of course, we don't see it, sorry for the mistake.

Yeah, i know, so it's up to us to change this for this game guys. Maybe if we are enough to reclame this, maybe they can revise their policy !

Yeah, it *could* be an awesome idea ! Add content to this kind of games is really epic and add a non negligeable life time to the game.

Is the game an open world always online game? If so then Modding is never going to happen and probably shouldn't.

However if there is an offline option then why not.
