Is it possible to delete/remove unwanted cars in order to streamline the list?

Several of the cars on the list are nearly undrivable, weaving back and forth. Yes, I can tweak setting to make them better but then that messes up others that drove fine. I like my select few vehicles to want to get rid of the rest. Is there a way to do this?

Unfortunately this is not possible.
You can reduce the level of unwanted cars to 1290 and drop to the bottom of the list.
for example to set the platinum brakes 45 level. it should not affect the car driving.

As mentioned above, there is no method of filtering content aside from the filter provided. However, I'll be more than happy to pass this suggestion along to the team.

Why we can't sell parts and the cars what we don't need in the future ? This feature should be default.

Because your goal of the game is to get all cars. If we had limited space and money were hard to get, I would agree. But the way it is, no. No need for such a thing.
