I downloaded the closed beta, the one I had to use the code for. Do I have to download Steep again as the open beta, or will I will be able to keep playing and not have to worry about redownloading the game?

I had the game installed for previous beta testing period (Nov 10-14th) and I had to re-download it in full.
Haven't touched it since 14th btw. So I'm guessing there's been quite a lot of work in between so full re-download is necessary.
I just hope I won't have to re-download it again in a week.

This is exactly my experience. The closed beta updated automatically so I'm good to go on the PS4.
