Video is private, but there is a few things that cause this, here's what a friend had to do to fix his issue with his steam version

Boot Uplay before playing,
Disable Razor Synaps
If using AVG AntiVirus Uninstall it and find an alternative, if your not using AVG, Void this step


Apart from these steps, my assistance ends as his game would boot after these steps.

Ok, I changed from video the authorization
If not

I disabled my antivirus (ZoneAlarm), Firewall, Razer Synapse, booted uplay at first, the same result

It flashes shortly the start image from the game after the uplay start image with Rainbow Six and disappears again and nothing happens.
