    I already started a case on this 2 days ago, but no answer. I've spent the whole morning with Microsoft Support and no luck. They are investigating the issue though.

    For those of you experiencing issues with your pre-load on Xbox One, can you please confirm the following information;

    - When did you purchase the game?
    - Is your Xbox up to date with the OS version update?

    You can check your consoles OS version by doing the following;
    • Scroll left from Home to open the guide.
    • Select Settings.
    • Select All Settings.
    • Select System.
    • Select Console info & updates.
    • Your OS version is located in the third row down on the right.

    I preordered mine yesterday 11/12/16
    and my os is up to date- 10.0.14393.2123

    It's also happening to me, I preordered mine 11/11/2016.
    My OS version is: 10.0.14393.2123
    I preordered the Gold Edition.

    Same issue here

    I also preordered mine deluxe edition yesterday 11/12/16, and my os is up to date: 10.0.14393.2123

    Only the two preorder DLCs downloaded, no game available to download. If you look at the bundles on the store (Gold and Deluxe), the game isn't in the bundles. All other preorder bundles show the game and the bonuses.

    Same here I purchased the Gold Edition and it only downloads the 2 packs but no game . . Microsoft pretty much did everything they could do refunded my money so I purchased it again still having the same issue they told me to contact Ubisoft about the issue because apparently there's a lot more people having this same issue. . . .
