I noticed that \bin\fc3_blooddragon_d3d11_b.exe didn't automatically use the NVIDIA card, but uses the integrated graphics card. Once I changed that in the NVIDIA control panel, manage 3d settings, the game would start. Use task manager to close still running instances.
