Bought the Agent Bike - Any way to get Donuts?

Wasn't playing during the Agent event so when the bike popped up to buy I bought it. Now I don't see how I get the rare donuts so that I can upgrade it. Are these still available in game?

Donuts are prizes in the bunker. They also appear (not very often) on the spinning wheel and (even less often) on the slot machine. The best way to collect them is to play the bunker.

They will appear instead of agent blueprints.

Donut used to be in the chip shop. Not every day, but it appears often, for 2500 chips.
But I have not seem it for a while, since I have no bikes needing them further.

I don't know when you last were collecting donuts but I think you're off a bit. I have donuts on the slot machine about 5-6 times a week. It's extremely rare for my top prize on the slot machine to not be donuts at this point (I don't always win them but they are almost always available).

I'm at level 30 on the slot machine though, not sure if that makes a difference.
