    Why the hell does this work better than every single client update from bugisoft. Like bruh. Instead of pushing out constant new and buggy content why dont they just fix their existing ****. Its just digging a deeper and deeper hole until one day their entire empire will come crashing down due to the endless holes in the walls.

    Hey folks, and apologies for the continued aggravation caused by this issue which makes it so you need to type in your login credentials every time you access Ubisoft Connect. Please make sure you all are running Ubisoft Connect as admin and do not have a VPN enabled. Should the issue persist after, please send our teams your launcher logs via a support ticket, and they will be happy to take a closer look at this with you all on an individual basis.

    Can relate to the issue. Almost everyday when I try to launch Assassin's Creed Odyssey, if I have the slightiest internet issue or slowlyness or something else, Ubisoft Connect asks me to login again, even if I had done that already the day before and have the "Remember me" active.
    Then, as I am a bit masochist, I still have 2FA active and I need to check my email everytime I do a successful login. Then, even if I have the "Trusted Device" ticked, I still need to do this all again.

    If I have good internet connection, it kinda works, until it doesn't and asks me this ******** all again.

    And also, if I try to play anything offline, the next time I wanna play online I have to do the login again...

    It's hard to believe this thing has been here and happening for almost 5 years, damn Ubisoft...

    Just adding onto this to hammer in Ubi's inability to fix a nearly decade long issue. Having the exact same problem, i have deleted and reinstalled the launcher multiple times as well as running it as admin. I've applied the fix that the USERS have found but that ubi is apparently blind to some how.

    If you ask why im posting this even though its fixed from me frome the USER fix, its because this is Ubi's problem and they need to somehow scrounge up some of that multi billion dollar net worth to actually something usefull.

If you have tried clearing the cache in Ubisoft Connect and ran Ubisoft Connect as administrator but are still being logged out, and the 'remember me' function not working properly, please create a support ticket here and attach your launcher logs. Then return here with your ticket number so I can review them and forward them to our internal teams as we continue to look into this issue.

    Just to say that "Remember me" option is still very much broken and I'm having same problem almost every day for months now. Always latest version of the client.

    find file dbghelp.dll in your installed Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher...
    and delete it

    Thank you, KarimmTheDream, for providing your workaround! Can you let me know if you were having issues with Ubisoft Connect logging you out every time, or if your Remember Me function wasn't working?
