I'm pretty happy how this was resolved. I wish the communication had happened quicker, but no big deal in the end

I have lots of gems, but if I remember correctly, I could farm 120 gems easily in a week. So call it a 1 week penalty per track I wasn't lucky enough to win randomly. I'm ok with that.

Finally they put tracks in daily shop! you would think they would do it sooner to get ppl to spend their gems. Would be good money from ppl buying only gems just for tracks and not buying the ridiculously priced bundles. Although many ppl have probably amassed tons of gems by now. Now just do something with the coins/parts/donuts situation!

I'm assuming you're talking about the midnight circuit here, and not any other leaderboard, because there are cheaters on basically every track on Android that has been around for well over a year that has not been banned. Also, and this is the frustrating part, you say you care about the leaderboard integrity, but it's all empty words.

Well, I understand where you are coming from. Your frustration over this issue is legitimate. The cheaters reported by you all have already been banned. This is a continuous process for all of us here.
I don’t think that if we spot a cheater we would decide not to ban him/her since we value every effort put in the game by you guys.
Just PM me any name that you spot in the next time and we’ll take care of it right then.

There is no fair experience in the game, because there's no way to get the event tracks you missed. I could understand it if it was to make money, and that it could be bought in the shop like with the latest event tracks, but the Halloween 2015 tracks are still not available in the game, over a year later. Basically the global leaderboard is meaningless, as it's all about who has the most tracks. Having one track more than the next guy makes competing on the leaderboards meaningless, as just completing a track rewards significantly more point than what it's possible to achieve by just improving the tracks you already have. And since getting tracks is all about luck, which in large part is not affected by how good you are as a player, you might aswell just remove the global leaderboard alltogether. It's barely worth more than a randomized list of names at this point.

I don’t really have any possible explanation for this. We want you to have an experience as smooth as possible. We released Midnight Circuit reward tracks right after the event so that you all have a fair chance to own them. With the Halloween 2015 event, players did take huge amounts of effort to earn the tracks. The rewards weren’t luck based. But coming back to the point, even those tracks will be released soon, I cannot confirm on the exact timeline yet

Could you also answer if ALL previous event tracks will be released in the future at some point please? I've asked this a few times but I guess you missed it. Would really like to know this as it's a make/break situation for me as there'd be no point in continuing to play if I cannot obtain them all within a reasonable amount of time
