I would like to take this discussion to make my apologies!
Indeed, after numerous exchanges by mail with the service after sale of Ubisoft, about problems of some tracks not received or lost due to bugs,,,, "The day of glory has arrived" (if I can afford and as mentioned the French national anthem lol)...
I therefore advise all people who have the same problems to be pugnacious and most patients because solutions exist

I think one improvement could be that if you finish the track but don't improve, if you had attempts left, allow users to keep using them, not take them away.
As the 'restart track' button seems to be broken if you're closing in on the finish line this can be really annoying if you nearly beat your run on first attempt, and then cannot play it for 30 minutes.
As this was the Halloween event... I was expecting the Halloween 2015 tracks, I bought the pack containing 5 of them, I'm still missing 8, please release them as all I've got from rewards from midnight circuit is XMas 2015 tracks (not even all of them).
I don't want to wait another year to get Halloween 2015 tracks, I will probably have to quit by then, please release Halloween tracks soon!

Last week I was 1%, but like other players I didn't receive any track, which I think is the best reward I can get. I also hope you will release Halloween 2015 tracks, last year I wasn't playin' this game, so I didn't play that event.

I'm a big fan of this event. I love that we only get 3 attempts per half hour. Brilliant setup.
I agree it would be nice. It to lose all restarts when you cross the finish line.
I like the prize setup, pending the ability to purchase missed tracks upon completion. I would be bummed if we had to wait months or years to get the tracks we didn't earn.
Will we ever be able to unlock the midnight tracks for use with other bikes?

I like this event, but
1. Randomness, it's what we hate. Player in top 1% should have 100% chance to get track and outfit piece per week.
2. Don't lose retries if you finish.
3. Choose random opponent from 10 players above you, instead of same opponent every time.

Tracks should not be available to just those in top 1% either. Everyone should have access to all tracks just for playing in order to keep the leaderboards fair. I've never understand why this leaderboard-focused game limits the tracks to certain people (no other trials game has done this).
Time played should equal tracks
Ranking should other items of prestige paintjobs, costumes, blueprints etc.
All the other crap should just be filler.

You are in top 1% in event or rank 1 in bunker you get tracks, outfits and paintjobs for free. If you are not skilled enough or just miss an event or bunker season you could get it for diamonds (buy or farm). So events is just a way to get something for free.
Now if you miss something you doomed. You cant get Metal mayhem track, You cant get christmas tracks(almost year pass). You cant get rodeo event outfits(1,5 years pass). You cant get outfits like samsarian, soldier(almost 2 years pass)
