I have contacted the support team with this information, and also the DxDiag, two days ago, however I received no help yet. I am only a bit bothered about punctuality because Steam has a strict return policy, and I cannot bypass that. Please please help me.

    Thank you.

Hello Monomit and welcome to the Forums,

Please do try contacting Ubisoft Support (https://support.ubi.com/en-GB) so they can troubleshoot this with you.

    Thanks

As I said, I already did. Theres hasn't been a reply it, and it's almost 48 hours since I posted my problem. Is there anything else I can do?

Hey Monomit, did you manage to fix that issue? I'm experiencing it as well.

    Hi, Kr3dk3

Unfortunately, after I trying a lot I gave in. Ubisoft support through twitter helped me realize that I need a quadcore processor, while I had a dual-core one, which was the reason I was unable to launch it. My graphics card was also below the minimum requirement, but the launch error was because of the processor.

    I refunded it from steam.
