As in title..I only got 4 prizes for the top 1% and I was ranked 80 something...the first thing that popped up was the new track when i opened the trophy and it went away at the bottom and it only showed 4 prizes..and one was the track I got. Also and this might be more important..is the prizes really random because if I come in the top 1% each week which I will i'm sure of it..That doesn't guarantee i'll get the new tracks will it. Because i've never missed A track since the game came out and i'll be really upset if I don't get all the new tracks from this random prize thing. everything free in the game i've gotten since the game came out. This random prize thing needs to give me all the tracks reguardless of how random it is. Because i've only gotten one new track out of the two weeks.& I read that their are 4 new ones u can get from this event.
I also was in the Top 1% in week 2, i got only 2 prizes (no tracks, just parts..)!!
I'm going to give up with Ubi Support, it's a waste of time

Technically, you should receive 5 rewards after reaching top 1% on the Midnight Circuit leaderboard. If you don't, then it might be a bug. You can raise a ticket on "support.ubi.com", for more specific advice.
You could also share your uplay name and your ticket number here, we will try to find a solution for this issue as soon as possible.
Plus, everyone gets a different reward based on the trophy you've earned and on your current inventory. If you did not get tracks in the past week, there is a better chance for you to gain that in the upcoming one! Don't give up !

I'm gonna make A ticket only if I don't get all the tracks..I need two more..I don't think I can miss A track now after all this time I been playing keeping up with them. Skins, parts, money, outfits don't matter to me just the tracks and I haven't missed A single one since the game came out. Speaking of money...I got over 20+ Million and nothing to spend it on with almost 1,000 coin magnets.....I got lots of money....With no help from special packs or free gas outfit. My parts page is rediculous looking..I should make A pic of all my parts...INSANE.
Ubisoft Support really is a waste of everybody's time. No matter what the issue is, the recommendation is ALWAYS to reboot, reinstall, and finally reset the whole device to factory settings. I truly hope no-one has done all the recommended steps, resetting the device does not fix bugs in the game itself.
