Well, I thought you may be interested in temporary solution while you're waiting for response from Ubisoft.
As I said before, there is currently no workaround for our issue. The support is unable to say whether they can delete highscores online or not.
I mean its great for finding out about this and i play the game sometimes so i launched the game today and i forgot to go to offline mode and game worked normally, i was able to play songs from unlimited and i exited and launched again and game started crashing. Ubisoft, wtf? When will you release patch?

I think the problem could be on Uplay or Ubisoft/JDU servers, because I just moved the local save data (found on the Ubisoft Game Launcher in Program Files), deactivated the "manage save data on the cloud" option and ran the game, and it's works like the first time that you bought.
But this time, it's running very buggy: i mean, i've had to access to Just Dance Rival Mode two times to show the JDUnlimited songs. Some things like the global scores of a song shows with a big delay, the phone disconnects. Even the World Dance Floor was running, i couldn't play anything from that.
After testing this, i closed the game and I replaced the new save data generated by the old save data, and it works by some minutes. At least, i played one JDU song before it crashes again.
So, as I say before, i think the problem comes from the connection between the game and the servers. For now, i'll be playing in offline mode and waiting for a patch or something.![]()
I'll try that, i don't mind having to play everything again, i will check to see if the game works. Thanks

It's really weird the behaviour of the game right now, 'cause now, the most time i ran the game, it crashes on the Logo Screen (when appears the "save data icon" on the bottom); and rarely I can access to the game and select a song and play it on Rival Mode, but after completing a song (after showing the score and back to menu) or while i'm changing between song lists, it crashes again.

I know, i think once everyone reaches about 220-260 % of the game it will start crashing, just like Kr3dk3 siad. Also my friend messaged me last night that his game crashed and he is also somewhere in between like us, i'm 265% and it's impossible to start the game while online. You might be able to launch the game few times but i doubt.
