    Just Dance 2017 crashes on startup on PC

    Hi! My Just Dance 2017 for PC is completely unplayable. During download, when I could play the game before it was fully downloaded, it was crashing very often, but after the whole game was downloaded I couldn't get past the title screen. I tried reinstalling the game and Windows but nothing helped. How can I fix it?

    Did you make sure your PC meets the required specifications?

    Or do try to follow these steps for the connectivity issues.

    Sadly, that didn't help for long. The game crashes again. Any other solutions I can try?

    Could the support team answer me? I've received no response since Tuesday. When I've tried contacting Ubisoft Support on Twitter, they went silent as well. Could you stop ignoring me or at least explain why are you so silent? My support ticket is 03768704.

    I have the same issue. I tried different OS and nothing, game just refuses to start.
    I'm waiting for them to reply. I re downloaded the game and while it was downloading it worked perfectly and once the download reached 100% the game crashed after few minutes

    The worst thing is i got the game from Kinguin and i doubt that i will get refund from there.

    Ubisoft you better solve this, i already lost 6 days on unlimited subscription and i hope that you will patch this up.

    Hi!
    Could you try playing the game in offline mode? Open Uplay, click on the menu button on the left side and choose offline mode. You can still connect your phone while playing offline to score points, but you won't be able to use Just Dance Unlimited, World Video Challenge, World Dancefloor, JDTV and Dancer Cards.

    If you'll try this, please share the % of songs played in Just Dance mode. You'll be able to check it in the main menu even when offline. My theory is that the game crashes when you have 250-300% in Just Dance mode.

    Of course playing offline is only a temporary solution but I'm afraid there is currently no permanent one. While this particular issue is connected to your save file, there is currently no way to delete your Just Dance highscores (they cause this issue). Even if you'll delete your local savefile and disable cloud, the highscores will download automatically as they are connected to your Uplay account. I'm still waiting for support response.

    The game works normally when in offline mode, but what's the point when i can't access anything
