Yes, but this was never an issue until server maintenance around early September. Something has been changed somewhere that created a problem the stutter.

I asssumed servers and systems were been reduced due to the player base collapsing with 1.3 creating more lag than previously seen.

    Hey Gabe...

Just wanted to report on Xbox's initial lag issues.

Since the VoIP change I've had no lag, stutter of the sort in the game. It is running the smoothest it's been for me since game release. There are on odd occasions NPCs in an instant disappearing and appearing in a different location but I think this may be just a glitch and not lag, although even though I'm fairly up to speed with terminology I'm still a bit vague on what the definitions there is for the various items being reported.

    ie
    - Lag
    - Stutter
    - Frame drops
    - Rubberbanding

In the past I have found if I haven't Quit from the game completely (log off the game, go back to the XB1 dashboard and Quit by using the menu button on the controller), or if I haven't lately performed a complete hard reset of the XB1 for a while (while the XB1 is on, hold the XB1 on/off button on the console for 11 secs), I may have experienced some stuttering or lag. Otherwise I'm looking forward to planned fix so we can reuse the game chat - and get heckled and mocked again - YAY.
