Not yet, but from all the streams and my own hands on time outside the dz the mobs are now red so they should die quickly and these 33s are pretty easy to kill as well but they still can hit you pretty hard.
I'm at 267,807 toughness so I'm thinking by their damage , pve toughness would be ideal around 350k.

Overall very good work ! I like it a lot. Some minor issues or bugs but the gameplay has completely changed !
I very like the difficulty like it is.
Tried ou daily challenge , daily HVT , and a bit of open world and overall i so much like the feel that everything could drop something and even if it suck you can sell it and for a little buy a cash, with few mission completed you can purchase cashes and that gives a lot of fun to the game everything you drop is usefull now cause you can alway sell it and look for a new weapon or something. I still have a lot to look into, but i really like it. Thanks and please ... keep it up with the good work![]()

You forgot to add that you can earn seal cache upon leveling up. So you can go to your favorite mission and grind it :P
The few opportunities I had to engage NPC's I didn't notice a huge difference in ttk. The boss is still yellow along with one or two of his/her helpers. The rest are purple and reds. Sadly as soon as I entered the DZ I was immediately greeted by a group of 7 rogues all camping the entrance. More of the same as far as I'm concerned.
