So not wishing to sound impatient or rude... but. What. Is. Taking. Ubisoft. So. Long?
My daughter's going crazy hearing me say 'darling be careful with that controller!"
Hello there Axel1968472!
As my colleague TheBerry mentions in their post, these implementations are at the discretion of the development team. Please rest assured that we have passed on the feedback and suggestions shared within this thread. At this moment in time, we have no further updates regarding Apple Watch Support within Just Dance.
If this is to be announced in the future, this information will be shared within the forums and on our official platforms, so I recommend that you keep an eye out!
We apologise for any inconvenience caused, and appreciate your ongoing enthusiasm for this feature.
I have just dance, the motion controller and an Apple Watch and I’m a novice iOS app developer. I have no idea if the watch would even be capable of this type of game integration because the apps seem to be very simplistic.
I think it would be sooooo much better if the watch had the just dance integration because it would be a true hands free experience.
I don’t think this feature will roll out for a very long time (at least a year) if it hasn’t been announced or teased. So let’s keep bumping this thread 🙏
Sounds like Ubisoft has some blockers preventing Apple Watch from being used as a motion capture device? I agree with the rest of the crowd, it would be fantastic, but there's another option that could be even cooler.
The LiDAR Scanner on iPhone 12 Pro measures how long it takes light to reflect back from objects, so it can create a depth map of any space you’re in.
If Just Dance utilized the LIDAR function in iPhone 12 Pro, you could set your phone in front of the TV and the scanner will generate a live 3D map of you (and others!) dancing, giving a much richer feedback experience, see your entire body, head, and limbs, with no need to carry any device in your hands or on your wrist. How incredible would that be?

This too would be great. It sounds feasible. Let's hope there's a better solution on the way than the current motion controllers...
Why not to develop compatibility with other watches than APPLE only? Does that sound crazy? I think, amazing!
That would really boost the sale of the game over the globe.
Cheers
