As subject my psn has been hacked. Sony have reverted the account to my email but have not released it to me and the support experience I am getting from them is absolutely terrible so I am now at 7 days with no online gaming.
Has anyone experience of this?
I guess I cannt get my game progress out of my old account?
If I start again with a new one but they give me my old one can I move progess from new account to old?
Season Pass for The Division. If I do not get my old again back is this lost forever?
This experience is very frustrating and again Sony are absolutely terrible from a customer service point of view.
Lol do you work and speak for Ubi/Massive? The person is inquiring about his/her Divisions old account and if they start a new account, will they beable to transfer his/her old account to the new one.Originally Posted by Kobi_Blade Go to original post
I would get intouch with the Division support I know it's not ideal and you will have to wait a life time to get a response from them, but I think it's the best place to begin.
No, I simply gave him information available to the public, read Ubisoft Terms of Service.Originally Posted by Mac-70- Go to original post
Ubisoft won't supply him any Keys because he (or third-party) got hacked, it's his (third-party) responsability. As for progress transfer, I also know it's not possible (and Ubisoft will refuse to do it) due to personal experience and technical issues on their side.
So he needs to sort the problem with Sony if he wants his content and progress back.
Finally got onto someone at Sony that actually was useful. He said my account got banned as Sony automated system detected my account had been compromised. I assume the primary email changing and someone immediately trying to buy things with the wallet is all the system looks for to auto lock it down. They are thankfully going to give me my account back and said the team that deal with it will have it done in the next few days. The end is in sight. My password is strong (I work in It so am an expert on IT security and do pracfice what I preach) so god knows how my account got hacked.
