Now the PTS is over is it worth hanging on to it for future PTS's? Or will they not update and a whole new client be required?
Hey,we hope to run more PTS's in the future and we understand it can be a hassle to completely download a new client. If I remember correctly, it should patch over the existing file and update the game. I'm not 100% sure this is the case because the PTS client operates a bit differently, so I will reach out to get a definite answer.
It's always safer to go with a clean install as you are much less likely to have issues of course.

gabeikes I guess that is not Division work, but UPLAY/Steam client which will compare local files to original ones and if there is changes or files miising it will download differences. So for future, if user have no disk space issues, he can keep PTS for future use.
I install PTS just by make copy of live Division and let UPLAY instal PTS into copied folder. It was about 4GB download for week 1.
Stuck in a spare HD for the PTS, so it's not taking up any space on my game drives.
Fug, i uninstalled that shyte. Didn't think about transferring it to another drive.
