I just brought the divison today and all i get at the loading screen is servers not connected please try later how do i play the game(sorry about the spelling)

You have posted this in the PTS forums so I assume you are refering to it. The PTS was closed on Tuesday so you can no longer access it. You can find the full announcement here:

If you are trying to play the main game, make sure you are launching the correct client. If you still have an issue, please contact Support and they can help you troubleshoot.
