GTX 1080
I7 4790K
16 GB RAM

antivirus ? none

Unfortunately the game is having a maintenance today for the last update for Patch 1.4. The Division community is preparing for the upcoming improvements in the game. You can check this link here.
While waiting just do Netflix and Chill xD

I'm assuming that there is an error in the server. Been waiting for 7 hrs and still can't play the game.

Perhaps if you read the post a couple of above yours you will see that the PTS for 1.4 has ended and usually when something ends it means it is no longer available

You posted this thread on PTS so im assuming you're having problem when connecting. As mentioned above by Ubi-gabe PTS 1.4 has ended last Tuesday and will no longer access it. There will be upcoming new patch on the main game (NOT PTS) you can check the thread here.

P.S You can still play the main game but not PTS.
