Actually, the Diamond parts add 18 vehicle levels (from Level 50 Platinum Parts) and there are 11 parts. Do a bit of math and that's a total of 198 vehicle levels, which puts the level to 1497. But they will most likely make it so that 2 of the 11 parts will give a 19 vehicle level boost, so it will most likely be 1499.
Here is a link to a video where I talk about the expansion (I also made the link start at where I talk about the Diamond Parts): https://youtu.be/VTW5CtRpr-Q?t=6m41s
i was thinking the exact same thing for the new level, 1399 does not add up with my math either, 1499 was my outcome tooOriginally Posted by MichaelB450 Go to original post
I don't think it's tied any specific part, I just rather think that each part gives an increas of 1.x levels.Originally Posted by MichaelB450 Go to original post
Unless you meant it like that which will make me an idiot.
Several videos out there (utube,....) show footage from those who played the demo at gamescom in August.
People there got a couple of 1299 cars in their garage.
Then they started doing missions and they won a level 60 part each time, which also makes me doubt, there will be level 51-52-53.... parts.
My guess we'll jump straight from level 50 parts to level 60 parts.
And like Michael said the increase they got was +18 each time, no matter which part they won.
1497 seems strange, so probably 1499 it will be.
At least i hope there will be no level 51-52-53.... parts, geez, think about it : Some of us have all cars (330+ specs). That's a lot of grinding / buying, if we want all those at 1499.
So, let us hope we can jump from 50 (1299) to 60 (1499) with 11 parts and that we don't need to do all that grinding crap again.
