Update borked
As of a short while ago I am trapped in a loop. The game tells me to update. The App Store tells me I'm at the latest version and to open the game. Repeat, forever. I've tried a restart of app and device. Fails. Please, what is going on?

Same here. Open game. Immediately asked to update, taken to App Store, can only open game again. Is there going to be a fix or am I going to be told to delete the app and then install it again? This is always a worrisome proposition.

I'm in the same boat. No idea what I'm supposed to do. Can't play the game at all

Well once I deleted the game and downloaded it anew, which has fixed the problem. Something like the fifth time I've had to do that.
At least the process is quicker than it used to be. As soon as the game starts, hit pause and log in to uplay, and then download your game progress from the server. No need to do any tutorial missions.

I'm in the same boat..this is because of your ios version..i'm still on ios 7 something....and it now needs ios 8 above is what i read when updating the game...what version ios are u guys on....I for some reason can't update my ipad at all through itunes or the ipad itself...so I might be screwed all together. But I didn't delete and reinstall the game...I have over 22million coins in game...with all the tracks possible since the games release and most if not all of the bike skins....and alot of the outfits u can get without buying anything...I don't wanna risk deleting the game since i'm not sure of the last time it syncd to the ubisoft server.

Updated itunes and it finally picked up my ipad..Got the update and went through with it...Everything is fine..Then I reinstalled the game after deleting it and it was fine. But you probably will have to update your ios...Thats what I had to do and the server sync got all my data back. All is well and I still have time to make it to the top in the bunker and not miss the new track from it.
