1. What is the issue you're experiencing? Ballistic Shield is not absorbing damage and health pool is taking all the damage.
2. What were you doing when this issue occurred? Fast traveled to Russian Consulate, activated skill inside and no damaged absorbed by shield. Fast traveled to General Assembly used skill, and again the shield did not absorb damage.
3. Are you able to recreate the issue? See above, it has happened twice to me.
4. What you done in an attempt to correct this issue? Logging off and back on again seems to be a temporary fix.
5. Have you ever experienced a similar issue on the Live game and not the PTS? Nope, don't use shield on live as it is useless.
