Urgent! Purchases did not go through
Urgent! Just purchased two golden ticket packs, 130 and 40 tickets, card charged twice, zero tickets received in-game with "error, purchase did not go through" message. Ticket 03729418. I need my purchases in my account AT ONCE!

So i tried to purchase golden tickets two more times, both unsuccessfully. The showdown finished and since I did not have any golden tickets I lost it. Now I need my 250 golden tickets that I paid for back, but also three stars to take me to rank 2 star 1, and winning streak reinstated

Great response by those involved! have not heard back from ANYONE who I contacted on this forum, and the support case has not been updated in over 24 hours. I will keep pushing the case until I do get the response though

it's been over a weel now that this case is open. there has been updates, but the case is not resolved yet
