Just because it's Rainbow Six...
Just because it's been almost 10 years since the last game...
Just because they already have my money...

These aren't reasons to play the game, and be happy about it.

Your undying devotion to Ubisoft is part of the problem. You are no fan. You are being used.

A real fan will point out what is unacceptable, and hope for the best. That's what I do.

As a TRUE fan I hold Ubisoft to a higher standard. It's a standard they have surpassed many times, to be fair.

What they are doing is wrong, and they are headed for more failure. I'm trying to stop that!

What are you doing? Well, you troll people with genuine issues, you deflect, and attempt to discredit anyone with criticism you come across, and you follow Ubisoft blindly for your inside access, and favors.

What am I doing?
I'm trying to save a game that I don't even play anymore to make it better for those who do. I'm trying to get Ubisoft to turn things around, and learn to be passionate about their games, and its gamers again. I'm trying to make sure the road ahead is paved with successes for generations to come.

So no, I don't put up with their corruption, I don't play this game, but I'm here nonetheless where others would have thrown up their arms, and walked away. You don't know what a true fan is, and you are not it, my friend.

I play the game, but I am really starting to lose it...


Ubisoft has had some titles, and they've tried to rely and live on them titles for a while now... examples are FarCry, The Rainbow series the old ones, not this genius concept poorly executed that we play atm... Assassin's Craap that I never personally got into, but it ha a following... that's just some examples..


But lately this is their merit list is...

Watchdogs
The Division
Rainbow Six Siege

And all of them 3 have had issues that will blow your mind, and Ubisoft got warned in the Beta of The Division that cheats where already in place, they ignored it and thought they could fix it later... well later was to late... none of the people that i played it with play it anymore, RB6S this game is freaking great but has so many issues that every time I do que all I see is the same Nicknames over and over again... used to be a lot more different nicknames, but for some reason the player pool is moving on... And the reasons are rather obvious, game has so many issues that it's barely playable... and ofc BF1 is on the way and that game sure has issues but it's about to be released, it's not been out for 1 year yet... like RB6S has...


Ubisoft is digging a hole they won't be able to get out of unless they mege with a bigger company that can help them up...

R6S active player base has increased since launch.....its hardly fading ha! On the other hand the divisions active player base has dropped drastically since launch. Siege is here to stay!!

First, I hope for you you are playing on PC because the patch hasn't been released for console yet so if you indeed have a problem, it's not related to the patch.

Second, they did say it's was a new and different method of handling the data while in game to get a better experience for everyone BUT that they would revert back to the old "way" of doing things if it didn't work as expected.

Basically, it's new, could break a lot of things but also fix a lot. If it's unplayable for you, it might be a sign something is wrong.

Chill out. Did you even read the patch notes? Yes they did say this could happen, it was warranted.

Could you say what is happening that is making you unable to play? There is a patch coming out for uPlay and the game today to address the random crashes that are happening.
