He also have modified bikes and several cheated times on many tracks.

Why is this guy still able to do these things? The devs/mods always come on here and promise us that they are concerned with cheaters and they take care of them as fast as they can, yet THIS GUY has been here for a while now, even posting ON THESE FORUMS, and no one has done a thing.
