I think the issue is when you spend gems.

I've not spent a gem on my alt account and I can play every 30 seconds without fail.

My alt is now higher than my Bonxy account like you.

Gems are not the issue, I think. I've spent no gems on retries, only retries themselves, and after some amount of runs I've got 10 minutes wait, now it's 30 minutes.
I guess the event is just designed in that way so nobody could retry countlessly.

But retries system is so dumb here. I hate it when you finish the race without using retries you just lose them and have to wait. I would prefer ticket system like in the bunker. At least it would be transparent and predictable.

They have logic built in to charge you more diamonds

Slightly worried that this implies I am only going to get 31 attempts allowed. I would hate to get into the 1% early, fall out, and not have any more attempts allowed...

They said on there facebook page that they have changed it so that all users have a 30 minute wait.

So the above code can be forgot about.

When I load the Midnight Circuit leaderboard, the slider drops from top 1% and keeps dropping and just says top 50%, although the trophy logo next to slider is blue, and the mythic trophy is seen. Occassionally it does just stay at 1% and it does show my true rank which is in top 1%. Hopefully just a visual bug.

Same here. I would be so pissed if they give me Iron Trophy when I deserved Mithical one.
I am also hope that this is just visual bug.

the testers didnt suprize us this time either RL shall rather hire some of us to test the new events/releases....it is a shame still so many bugs

I started having terrible performance problems after this update (Nexus 7, Android 5.1.1)
Device is constantly freezing. Nearly can't start playing:/ Or freezing pauses start in the middle of race.
Resources consumption in very high at once; earlier it reached these parameters after half of hour playing.

I've noticed performance issues after this update aswell, mostly after playing a track for some time, but it varies depending on track. Sometimes it's ten minutes (sunset dungeon, which is notorious for these kinds of problems) to 30 minutes.

I´m having issues too, such as freezing, or game autoclosing, or phone suddenly restarting, all of which could be in part related to overheating.I´m also having trouble getting gems from adds, either i don´t get the gem or the game autocloses after the add is finished. And when i try to send gifts at some point during the process game freezes.

so tonight i finally got to 1% and then the trophy backed all the way up to 50%. Still shows me at rank 767 but only the least trophy! wth!
