1) Extremely frequently, like 30-40% of the time that you open the menu to swap gear, or change appearance items, etc, the entire screen behind the menu becomes a solid color of blue, your character becomes a blue silhouette, so you can't see your character or anything around you.
2) Encountered this issue in the Base of Operations, LZ, DZ, in missions, and in UG. Anytime you open the menu...
3) Open the menu. I see it most when I go to Appearance, select a slot, and start scrolling through the items to see their previews. Since the entire character is blue, I can't see any of the items I'm wearing. (There is probably no higher frequency of occurrance in Appearance, this is just an example.)
4) Restarting the game and completely changing graphical settings do not resolve the issue. The issue occurs intermittently regardless of settings, time of play session, or any other variable I can isolate.
5) It happens frequently (intermittently) on the Live realm as well.
I know you guys said you fixed it, but it is definitely still happening FREQUENTLY on week 3 PTS.

Yep, this happens quite frequently.
Basically, any time the virtual camera is obscured by an object, NPC, player, etc.

Yes that is exactly it. Ironically I posted this issue on The Division subreddit, and the moderators removed my thread saying that they had been told that this "worked as intended", and they refused to reinstate my thread.
