What are people doing until 1.4 releases?

I'm curious as to what people are doing while waiting for 1.4 to release. I've leveled up all 4 of my characters. I've helped friends level theirs up as well.

Since we will have to farm for new gear in 1.4, what's the point of farming now? If I want to take advantage of the new stuff, I'll need the gear from 1.4, not what I have now. All my characters are maxed with gear and my stash is full. So I am truly at a point of not knowing what to do anymore. I've been going into the DZ to fight rogues, but even that is losing its appeal.

I'm curious to know what others are doing to pass the time until 1.4 comes out. Yes I know there are other games, but my wife and play this together and i know she won't start another game with me, I've asked.

Heroic Underground with multi directives. Cause its highly specialized and difficult, I still haven't reached 40 yet. Majority of randoms cannot finish a successful session

Once 1.4 comes up i'm going to start a new character and try to play this game like I don't know anything about it (gear/score) wise.

But to pass the time, i've been playing Witcher 3, and i'm not a Dungeons and Dragons guy at all but its that good.

"What are people doing until 1.4 releases?"

Tomb Raidering, probably the same as i'll be doing after 1.4 releases, When you play a game that just, plays, as it should, it makes TD seem very tired, very very frustrating & very very unreliable.

Plus, me & Lara go back a long way, 20 years in fact, The Division will be lucky to last that many months.

Alrough MP in TD was kinda sloppy, TD 1-30 experience was awesome, that game in itself including UG should of easily gotten a 9/10. People rip this game too much for end game and forget how good 1-30 experience was.

I bet you TD2 and maybe even 3 will be even better, they learned a lot.

TD 1-30 was awesome, completely agree, and there are aspects of this game that are phenomenal, i have 1200 hours in it, and why I rip it, or rather, the devs, is because they've shown a hint of what could be, and then proceeded to ruin it, they've take a community that cares about THEIR (the devs) product, and betrayed, misled, confounded & confused that community.

I bet you we don't even get a TD3, But if we do, I hope with all of my heart that Massive/Ubisoft has absolutely nothing to do with it, If you think they've learned anything then sadly I think you're deluded.

Its fun if all you do is the PVP aspect of the game. Other than that I cant immerse myself in owning cartoon looking apartments and biker clubs. Seems the Biker DLC was a big fail. Most members that join up in a lobby and join a biker gang are two at most. Players just love their cars.

    GTA Online.
Love the Co op aspects of the Heists. Love "work together for the benefit of all".
Does that make me a communist or a socialist?
Love the freedom to nearly do anything in Freemode.

In TD, the 1-30 experience was "ok". It became I guess too repetitive in a not so fun way. I think it's because half way through I totally forgot why as an Agent, I was there. Like "what happened again?"

The story was very unengaging except for the Broadway Emporium mission where so much emphasis was made about the infected dollars. After that.........Huh?

Leveling an alt was painfully tedious. Cannot for the life of me see myself leveling 2 more. No way.

The Dark Zone: I love it. If Massive would remove the loss of xp and funds when being killed by a Rogue Agent, i wouldn't have stopped playing as much. Even with my alt, which I created for the sole purpose of getting wrecked.

I know, i make no sense.

I love the free roam aspect of the DZ. I love running into other Agents and reviving them or helping them take on Midtown, The Pit etc. To me it doesn't get old. I'm just a machine gun toting care bear, what can i say.

So, i'll be in Los Santos, flying my hydra around. Stealing city buses and trying to pick up players only to have them blow me up. I'll be having crazy, unpredictable street battles with other players where everyone is evenly matched and it all comes down to skill, creativity and wits.

I'll be Heisting. Robbing a bank, infiltrating a lab, breaking out some old dude outta prison etc etc.

I'll be having mindless mind numbing fun, laughing like crazy.

My hope for 1.4 isn't so much about balance per se, but definitively about progress. I hope the game becomes a little bit more solo friend. And if it doesn't, well.....I don't know....The DZ is the only aspect I like. If it becomes unplayable because of Banshee i might just have to move on or something.

Its not that i mind dying. I just dont wanna spend an hour re spawning lol

    We'll see.
