Not for me, but my buddy had it happen with the new import yesterday.
The Showstopper had on his character from the Live system converted over to a 01 gear score on the PTS. The stats and talent percentages all seemed to match up with what would be a GS 01 weapon. No other items on his character converted this way, but that was the only named weapon he had.
