Title: [PC] (Ballistic Shield Bug)
Every time I use the Ballistic shield (all its versions) it bugs out and stops working, it de-deploys and won't allow for cancel. Any weapon bar pistol ceases to function. Nothing seems to cause it, its random, could be time, or damage taken but its random where you'll suddenly be swapped to a primary weapon.

I had similar results, the shield seemed to work very well until it would get destroyed by enemy fire. Then I could not re-deploy it. It showed no cooldown necessary. In addition none of my weapons would do damage after this bug occurred. I tried swapping out a new skill into that slot and then back again but it still would not deploy. I did not have this problem if I manually dropped the shield, only when it was destroyed.
