First and foremost, thank you for the clear reports of what you are experiencing. We need all bug reports posted to this thread. We need to be able to reproduce the same bugs on our side in order to help, so the detailed descriptions, screenshots, photos, and videos of what you are experiencing are absolutely the best way to do that. Letting us know which platform you use and where in the world you're located is also critical, as some issues might only appear on some platforms in some territories. The template for info really helps give the feedback structure and makes it easier for our teams to use.

PENDING ISSUES


Multiple Console Platforms
DLC disappears from Learn a Song library when a player attempts to select it.
STATUS: A patch to address this issue is rolling out in stages. Patch notes are posted here. Thank you for all the detailed feedback! Until the patch is deployed, disconnect your console from your online network to work around this bug. After the permanent fix is applied, playing offline will not be necessary.

PS4
Only some songs are available via the console's Store app. All tracks appear on Sony's website store portal and in the in-game shop, but the dashboard app shows an incomplete library.
STATUS: We have reached out to Sony to resolve this issue. Your feedback is appreciated -- something was overlooked when we shifted from 2014 to Remastered, and thanks to your reports, we found out what we'd forgotten!


FIXED ISSUES

PC: Game won’t launch.
STATUS: We have pushed an update to the game with a new additional software download (Microsoft VC redistributable), which resolves this issue.

Mac:Uplay login fails.
STATUS: Should work fine now.

PS4: Retail edition DLC download codes are not valid.
STATUS: These work correctly now. Redeem as normal.

PC: Some users are redirected to a license validation site before they can play.
STATUS: If you are redirected to a URL including "support.codefusion.technology," that is legit -- make sure you are connected to the internet while running the game after the patch is applied. Also, make sure your hard disk allows write access; you may need to run Rocksmith as an Administrator. Once you do that, it should be Fixed -- but if you've found otherwise, please explain your experience in the bugs and issues thread.

PC:
Players cannot access Anniversary DLC pack after purchase.
STATUS: Believed to be resolved; please report any further issues with this to Ubisoft Support.

Remember: When you report a bug, our teams have to replicate that bug to understand how it happens, so the more specific you can be with your instructions, the more helpful your feedback will be. Don't be afraid to include anything you think might be relevant.
