1 hour in on week two and you've actually made me want to quit

I really didn't think I'd ever get to this point but I really don't want to play anymore.

My gear is so utterly broken I can't solo a bloody hard mission ffs. I might as well trash everything I've worked for and start again and I don't think I can be bothered. 1114 hours wasted basically.

The entire point of patch 1.4 is lost, they went back on many changes. The bullet sponginess? worse than ever Loot falling like rain? Nerfed... UG Checkpoints? NOPE not anymore..

These guys can't avoid stepping on their own ****

It seems they listen to a couple of worthless youtubers and call it good ignoring the main part of the community.

UG checkpoints were pulled to change the system, not because they decided you don't deserve them.

So quit playing the PTS until next patch, I love the skying is falling attitude of some people playing a TEST SERVER.
If you dont like changes with your gear, then make an informed post stating what about the changes you find distrubing. Just spouting out "THE SKY IS FALLING" helps nothing but your anger management.

We all knew that all the changes that were going to be made would impact one style of player or another.
The changes to the NPC's do make it more difficult to solo hard missions but that makes the game more challenging, especially when you are getting top level gear as a reward.
Also the added xp caches are a nice touch.

So far I think the changes on the PTS are good as it makes the game more of a tacticle game and not the rush in a kill everyone like CoD

The "problem" I have is my stats didn't change that much on my former 268 builds.

Yes, I can min/max more, but the point is, thanks to RNG, my main is pretty balanced in all stats... Something that I thought should not be possible in 1.4+?

So, I can tank, have high DPS and high SP... Once again, something I thought no player should be able to do without massive trade-offs?

Sure, I am only 40% to the Armor Cap, but they also said, Armor mitigation isn't as important as stacking actual stamina (Health) in PVE. So, I have 125K Health on my main which means I am a tank given the adjustments to the NPCs. Yes, some do hit harder, but once again, I can take a few hits that would normally put lower stamina players down (like my Alts)... Just like in 1.3.

I know this sounds like "First World Complaining", but it echoes what Aldramelech stated, but on the opposite end of the spectrum which is why I posted my situation for a sense of balance considering I am probably not the only one who will run into this situation, either?

I messed around a bit this morning and I have exactly 0 reason to change any of my gear. I think my AR build is ~266/225/90. I guess I'm back to afk til Survival.

then your build was garbage and probably needed scrapping anyways.

40% armor migration and 125 HP is less than average. Go to the LZ and you will see that 3 normal lvl 33 NPC's will cut almost half of your HP in notime. If you are out of cover.
