Actually, you do parry -> guardbreak -> unblockable. 100% hitOriginally Posted by Gorgutz117 Go to original post![]()
You are wrong again. The Raider cannot get a free heavy, even off a guardbreak. Even off of a parry and guardbreak, the Raider's heavy is too slow to land a guaranteed hit and can still be blocked. You can only land a light hit or a grab/tackle. He is the only one who can't get a free heavy hit off a parry or guard break.Originally Posted by Kav0rk4 Go to original post
I didnt say heavy, I said unblockable. Meaning zone attack.Originally Posted by Gorgutz117 Go to original post
Do you know if you use zone attack not in combo, your dmg will be cut in half ? The dmg you get is lower than all of strong attack in the game and tt may not worth the stamina you lostOriginally Posted by Kav0rk4 Go to original post
When you said unblockable, did you mean it could not be blocked BUT it could be parried, dodged or a light hit landed in the time it takes you to wind up the unblockable. Thats what you should have said because, even though the attack is unblockable, it is still the most uneffective attack in the game because it CAN be parried, dodged or a light hit snuck in by any other character causing your unblockable hit to fail. Let's not even get started about the amount of time it takes to recover from that monster swing.Originally Posted by Kav0rk4 Go to original post
best option is to continue to fight the way a raider fights and hope for the best.Originally Posted by WhiteSnake432 Go to original post
Unless its a berzerker or peacekeeper, they can get up and run away before the unblockable power attack connects.Originally Posted by Staypunk1989 Go to original post
The Raider is outclassed by other Hero's, especially fast Assassins. Like many others have pointed out, the Heavy Attacks deal a large amount of damage but are easily blocked since they're so predictable. The Raider excels at unleashing Heavy Attacks during a group fight but 1 vs 1 it's just not even fair. It needs a buff to it's Heavy Attacks to make it less predictable, a faster animation would do the trick.
