Several hours before, I could get into game and I don't understand if its a fail or no, can we put mods of the same type in equipment or not

Same Delta Code and poor connection signal with the server or something like that...

Same error 3 times yesterday and 3 times again today.
So frustrating.
Seems to happen at just the wrong moment too. Just killed Ferro, got in lift. DELTA. So I did'nt finish the mission, officially.
Boss hunt, Simon Burras, down to his last breath, DELTA
