This is rather unfortunate.
Ubisoft is a Canadian company and yet the raffle is only open to U.S.A. citizens.
Must be some deal between Sony and Ubisoft?
As a Canadian, I'm a little discombobulated (not really...) Booooo.
Hopefully you guys can come up with some Canadian exclusive deal!
